Work on the erosion at the tidemark of the boatie shore started last week and is being undertaken by Raymond Moir for a cost of £10,000 on behalf of the Collieston Harbour group and Trustees. The boulders that are being used to shore up the area were originally unearthed during the construction of the Tesco supermarket in Ellon and were kindly donated to the village by Bill Bruce.
