Bench in memory of Frank Forbes

A new bench was installed on the Ness point last week with an excellent view over the harbour and Lowtown. The seat was purchased by the Amenities Committee and is dedicated to the memory of the late Frank Forbes (formerly of Bayview Lowtown). Frank was always a keen supporter of the village and kindly left a generous donation to the Amenities in his will. .
