Introducing the new Love A Loafie? order scheme from Loaf Face …. Loaf Face has gone back to work after an extended festive break. We are baking for the Huntly and Inverurie Farmers’ Markets on the first and second Saturdays of the month, plus for various special events. Each market week, we bake a broad range of loafies: everyday, savoury and sweet breads. For some examples from our loafie range click here. The standard price per loafie is £3, with special occasion dessert loafies (like the Toffee Apple) costing £4. If you are interested in ordering a weekly hand-made loafie from Loaf Face, you can now order them through Elaine. Please get in touch on 751700 or email elaine@loafface.coop to discuss your order. As our product line-up varies each week, we ask for your preference of loafie (everyday, savoury or sweet). We can also email you the loafie line-up a few days before so you can choose what loafie best suits your taste-buds. On Saturdays, your loafie will be available for collection at Elaine’s house – East Steading, Collieston. All our loafies are made and kneaded by hand using high quality ingredients, including Scottish flour, butter and free-range eggs. They are preservative-free and thus best eaten fresh; however, they are great toasted, can be re-heated in the oven after first spraying with water or can be frozen.
