Committee meetings are held approximately every six weeks throughout the year. Meetings normally last for around two hours. Correspondence received by the Committee is detailed fully in lists which accompany the minutes. These are available for inspection by any householder or resident on request. This also applies to Committee accounts which are subject to an annual audit.

Debra Storr the councillor for the Ellon and District ward attends these meetings where she encourages questions and comment from the Committee and local constituents.  Householders and residents from Collieston and Slains are welcome to attend any meetings to observe the proceedings and - provided prior notice has been given and agreed - can participate in specific and general issues.
